d the dedication to quality and was given a choice on how I wanted to handle it, I went with the safer option and they made sure that I was always kept in the loop. When I told them that I had a deadline for this as I was getting it for my sister's birthday, they made sure to get all necessary improvements/changes done and still be able to deliver it on time. During that time, Rachel (the assistant manager) was communicating all steps of the process with me and was always open to answering my questions. When I eventually did get the locket she made sure to contact me to ensure the quality of the locket was excellent, which it was.
