WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

The determining factors are Processing Time and Shipping Method.
Engraved Orders: The processing time for engraved orders is 3 (M-F) business days unless you specify Expedited Shipping in which case the processing time is reduced from 3 (M-F) days to 1 (M-F) day. Orders placed on a Monday, for example, will be engraved and shipped on Thursday of that same week. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped on Wednesday of the following week.
Non-Engraved Orders: These orders ship the next (M-F) business day.
Shipping Options: In addition to processing time for engraving there's also transit time to consider. The table below shows the arrival estimate (including processing) depending on which shipping method you select.
High-Value Orders: Certain high value orders may be shipped with 'signature required'. If you won't be home on the anticipated day of delivery, you can choose to leave a note for your UPS driver requesting that the package be delivered to a neighbor who will be available to sign for it or ask that it be held at the UPS office for pickup.
